Pilates for $2

6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m., Mondays and Wednesdays, until Jan. 30

In Mat Pilates, you'll get an amazing full body work out that improves posture, flexibility and core strength helping to relieve back and neck pain as well as improves strength for other sports or daily activities. Try it for just $2 and register for the session at just $8 per class. Mats provided. Beginners and experienced students welcome.
