The body's requirements for oxygen vary widely with muscular activity. Sometimes we interfere, hold our breath or get tense. Breathing and moving efficiently will benefit intelligence, balance, avoid injury and pain, and increase your sense of well being. Play around with experiments, increase your efficiency in yoga, working at your computer, speaking to people, singing, playing an instrument, dancing, walking, singing. $80.
