Northwest Seattle P-Patches Tour

A tour of northwest Seattle’s P-Patch Community Gardens and Neighborhood Matching Fund projects. See the sites and meet the people that make it happen. A van tour, hosted by Seattle Department of Neighborhoods staff and volunteers, will visit amazing community-driven projects.
