Ship Canal 101

Part of the Port 101 series. Homeport for the North Pacific Fishing Fleet, Fishermen’s Terminal is surrounded by Seattle’s maritime industrial core. It is responsible for 4,000 local jobs, providing family-wage jobs and contributing to our local economy. This commercial fishing generates $404 million in wages and salaries, $196 million in business revenue, and more than $37 million in state and local taxes. You’ll board a floating classroom to learn about the fishing fleet and some of the businesses that have built their livelihoods along the Ship Canal.

Space is limited, so reserve early. Open to adults, 18 years and older. Priority will be
given to first-time Port 101 registrants. Advance reservations are required.
