Vandals hit flowerpots Early afternoon on April 30, an unknown person tipped over a hanging basket and two flowerpots in front of a home on 28th Avenue Northwest. The suspect also broke some outside light bulbs and threw a rock into a basement window, shattering it. A witness saw a male in his 40s wearing blue jeans and carrying a red duffle bag. "His middle finger on his left hand was sticking straight out," the report said. The suspect got away before the police arrived.
