Ballard Avenue Landmark District Board
City of Seattle
700 Third Ave., Sixth Floor
684-0229
Meetings are held at 9 a.m. the first Thursday of each month at the Ballard Neighborhood Service Center. This seven-member Board projects the architectural values and significance of the historic district of Ballard Avenue by reviewing all proposed exterior alterations to the structures and public rights-of-way. Members, who are typically historians, architects and business or property owners, are either appointed by the city or elected to two-year terms. The historic district encompasses Ballard Avenue Northwest between Northwest Market Street and Northwest Dock Street. |
