Operated by the Phinney Neighborhood Association and supported by member dues, the Phinney Neighborhood Center serves as a recreational and educational center for the Phinney Ridge Community. Offerings include a cooperative preschool, informational seminars on investing, real estate and quality of life issues, fitness and dance classes, dog obedience training, musical programs for young children and home repair information.
