Article:	Joyce Marilyn Robbins Crow Joyce Crow, 62, passed away on March 15, 2007. Born in Melrose Park, Illinois on September 16, 1944, she moved out to the Seattle area in 1946, attended Ballard High School and graduated from Shoreline High in 1962. She worked at the Kenmore IGA and various Safeways as a meat wrapper for 24 years. She was a barber at the well-known Smitty's Barbershop in Ballard for 20 years, the last 10 years of which she was the owner.
