Ballard Traffic Watch

SDOT alerts
--

As of 9 a.m., May 16, The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) Roadway Structures crew currently making repairs to one of the gate stands on the Ballard Bridge in the northbound curb (right) lane will need to do additional work in the southbound direction. Upon completion of the work northbound, the crew will then close the southbound curb lane from 11 p.m. to approximately 1 p.m. for similar work. The center lane will remain open during the work, however, motorists should expect congestion and plan on a delay crossing the bridge.

SDOT Concrete Paving crews will replace damaged or worn concrete panels in eastbound N 80th St between Greenwood Ave N and Aurora Ave N beginning Thursday May 16. N 80th St will be closed 24/7 to eastbound traffic (Tuesdays through Saturdays) with a signed detour route using N 85th St. Weather permitting, this project will be completed on May 24.
