Northbound lane on Ballard Bridge closed, again, Aug. 15

Starting at 9 a.m. this morning, the northbound lane on the Ballard Bridge will be closed again while crews continue work on the lights. There is no word yet on how long it will last, but expect delays again, especially if the bridge goes up.

Friday is expected to bring another lane closure.
